Leave it there for at least 1 hour, until the wax is hard and frozen.<br /><br />2 <br />Scrape up the hardened candle wax with the edge of a credit card. Continue to scrape and chip at the wax until you've removed all the hard residue.<br /><br />3 <br />Pour 1/2 cup white vinegar into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 15 to 20 seconds to warm the vinegar. Dip a sponge in the warmed vinegar and use it to wipe wax residue out of the bowl.<br /><br />4 <br />Dry the glass bowl with paper towels to remove the vinegar. Buff the glass with a used fabric softener sheet.
