Aqua Pumpkins

I didn't do hardly any decorating for fall this year.  Just have been too busy.  But I did do this simple arrangement for the coffee table.

I bought a handful of tiny pumpkins at the craft store and spray painted them aqua.  I filled an old wooden box with foam which I then covered in spanish moss.  Then glued the pumpkins in and there you have it, a fall decoration that matches my color scheme!

Thanksgiving Place Cards for Silhouette

Want a free and easy printable set of place cards for your Thanksgiving table?
Here is a cutting file for your Silhouette that combines printing the card and overlaying a pretty fall leaf.  Or you can just print the entire thing.  (just be sure to select "No cut" on the leaf image)  You can also edit the name or stick with the "Be Grateful" sentiment.  The choice is yours.
The black lines do not appear in the download, I just added them to the image to make it easier to see so you could actually see the cutting lines.  The cards fold into a tent with the leaf sticking out the top.

Mirror Finish Pumpkin

Do you have foam pumpkins that have seen better days?  Here is a chic way to update those ugly old things.  Just grab a can of mirror finish spray paint and go at it.  So cool.  Diana

Gobble Gobble

Did any of you buy the Thanksgiving vinyl pack from Groupdeals a few weeks ago?  I did!  And here is the first project I am using it in.  First I spray painted a canvas nickel silver.  Then I cut out the phrases and arranged them on the canvas til it made sense.  I really like the pumpkin color against the silver background.  I know I should have used the cricut to make my own vinyl phrases but this was so much easier and faster.  Diana
