Death Star Clock Using an Old Record

My son just sent me this photo of a clock he just made for $3.00!  Not a Star Wars fan I am (snicker)but he says it is the Death Star......???........  I don't know about that but I do think using a dremmel to shape and cut an old vinyl record is genius.  The three dollars?  That's what he spent on an old clock to get the parts he needed.  So clever.  Diana
